They have done this for numerous other listings. If you're not using pictures or text from the eBay product catalogue, you should use your own when creating a listing. I am guessing the seller googled and thought that pics looks good. hi, i have 2 sellers using my pictures as i speak (compose), one has copied my whole listing photo;s, wording , everything and inserted their own details, i sent them a message with no response, i could report them but not sure if ebay would respond in a positive manner,so i have left it as it doesn't seem to impact on my sales albeit my items are cheaper, so it depends on your own view to When you create listings you give eBay and it's members permission, through our user agreement, to use your images and product details.
